Where can I download the app?
The BetScoop app is available on our website at https://app.betscoop.com/.

Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. You will be able to access live odds, track your bets, and view records. However, if you choose to purchase picks from sellers on the application you will pay the price that is listed. For sellers, BetScoop will receive a transaction fee percentage from each transaction.

Do I need to setup an account to make orders?
Yes. You will need to setup an account in order to use the BetScoop app.

How do I claim a username?
You can claim your username when signing up to use the application. Other users will be able to find you using your username.

I'm having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?
Please try resetting your password initially. If this still doesn't work please contact us in Live Support or email us at support@betscoop.com and we'll try and help!

How do I reset my password?
If you can't remember your password, select "Forgot Password". You will need to confirm your email and we will send you a link to reset your password.

How do I change my credit card on file?
To change the credit card you have on file, click your profile picture in the top right corner of the app. From there, you will find "Payment Information". Here you will be able to add and remove your payment methods.
Live Odds & Marketplace
Does BetScoop take bets?
No. We are not a sportsbook and we do not take money or accept bets. We provide sports betting record keeping and a marketplace for users to buy and sell information. In order to place a bet, you need to bet through a sportsbook.

How often do the odds update?
The odds are live and update in real-time. As soon as the sportsbooks listed within our app change their odds, they will be updated automatically within the app.

Where does the betting data come from?
The betting percentages (% of bets and % of money) come from the users on the BetScoop app.

Where do the "open" and "current" odds come from?
The open and current odds are market consensus odds by default.

What if my lines aren't the same as you're showing on your site?
When recording picks to track, users will be able to adjust the spread, odds, over/under lines relative to what we see available in the sports book marketplace.

How do I input my picks in the app to track them?
In order to input a pick, you have to create an account. All of our accounts are free. Once you have created an account, there are a couple of ways to input your picks in the app:
  • In Live Odds Section
  • Or by clicking an individual game matchup and choosing a side from the game card.
  • You can also track bets made by others within the marketplace or searching their username.
Can people see my picks in the app?
Your picks will be followable by anyone with your username. Also, if you are listing advices for sale in the marketplace, users will be able to view your record.

What's the max amount of units I can bet?
This depends on your betting system. Units are default listed at 1 unit per play for our users. You may edit this according to your liking when recording your picks.

Can I change my pick before the game starts?
Yes. You can change your bet, adjust the line, odds, or risk amount up to 10 minutes before any game begins. Once the games start, the picks are locked forever.

Can I adjust my odds if they're different than what is currently posted?
Yes. You can adjust your odds if is different than what you currently see. However, to maintain integrity of our record keeping, we only allow for adjustments relative to what we see is being offered across the sports book marketplace.

Once someone buys my pick is it automatically locked or can I go back and change it?
Once a user purchases your picks, the purchased pick will be locked. In order to guarantee the integrity of the record keeping for other users, we have to make sure users are tracked for the information they sell.

What if a bet I want to record isn't offered from the app?
If there is a specific sport/wager type/feature you'd like to see in the app, you can contact our support team in Live Support or email us at support@betscoop.com and we'll try and help!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order immediately in your "Picks Purchased" section of your app as soon as payment is processed.

What do I do If I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us in Live Support or email us at support@betscoop.com with a screenshot and we'll try and help!

What do I do If I never received my order?
If you do not receive an item after purchasing it please contact us in Live Support or email us at support@betscoop.com with a screenshot and we'll try and help!

What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, do to the nature of the information you are purchasing, all sales are final. Unless, there was an issue with receiving the correct information in a timely manner we can not process refunds. All purchases are acknowledge by the buyer as only advices and information and BetScoop nor the seller is responsible for the loss of any material goods. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, and we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage howsoever arising.You agree to use your own due diligence and judgment before applying any recommendation or advice that you may receive on or through our Website or Application. Selling

How do I get paid?
You will be credited immediately for all sales minus processing fees directly to your account.

Where can I see what I bought or sold?
You can view all of your activity within the transactions section of your profile.

Can I list my pick for free?
Yes. You can list your pick for free or up to your desired amount.

Can I limit the amount of picks I sell?
Yes. You can limit the amount if picks you sell from one to unlimited.

Do I have to add analysis to my picks?
Yes. Analysis is mandatory in order for you to list your picks for sale. We advise users to really give context to why they chose a certain pick.

Once I sell a pick can I change the price up or down for that pick or is it locked in at that price?
You can adjust the price of the picks as long as a pick/advice has not been sold. Once the pick has been sold once, the price of the pick/advice is locked.

How do I withdraw money?
We work with Skrill as our payment processor. You will need to setup a Skrill account to make withdrawals. Skrill will then transfer these funds directly to the account of your choosing.

How long does it take for money to hit my account when I withdraw from BetScoop?
This depends on Skrill and your bank but usually no longer than a few days or immediately in some cases.

How can I remove my personal information from your database?
If you would like all information regarding yourself removed from our BetScoop database, please email us at support@betscoop.com.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or email you receive from us, alternatively email us at support@betscoop.com and we can remove your information from our database completely.
